The bonafide students of our institution has to adhere to the norms propounded by this institution.

Parents have to attend the parent-teacher meeting held periodically during the academic year, to check their wards performance, attendance and their attitudes.

Special Coaching Classes

The special coaching classes in science, commerce and arts combinations are held during the academic year to enable the students to secure high percentage in their examinations, these special class will boost the image of students performance. The managemnet is providing these special classes for the benefit of students and these classes are conducted other than the regular class hours.

Special Coaching classes are conducted to help the students to face the competetive examinations viz. CET, AIEEE etc. to enter the portals of reputed institutions to persue medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, IT, engineering, Commerce, Managemnt, Law, Journalism and mass communication too.

These Special classes are conducted by dedicated and experienced scholar teachers from reputed colleges.

English Language Course

All foreign nationals studying at Indo Asian academy Group of Institutions should undergo English language course, during weekends and the duration of which will be 4-6 months, and it will attract a fee too.

The Indo asian School of English conducts supportive English language classes which includes listening, reading, writing and speaking.

Personility Development Program

To showcase your strength and capability, there will be a personility development training program during the academic year which is mendatory for alll degree and PG students and it will attract an additional fee. This will motivate you to become meticulous in all your ventures.

Counselling & Placements

The Indo asian Academy operates a free confidential counselling service to provide professional personal counselling to any student who is in distress and stress.

The service offers individual counselling to those students who feel that they are unable to study effectively and cosciously.

Career Center

The Career Center staff provide a range of services with the aim to help students to make decisions about their career and to support them in getting good placements
Students who attend the personality development training program is assured of a 100% palcement.

Rules to adhere:-

1. Students are required to be regular and to be on time for classes.
2. 75% attendance in each subject is mandatory for every student. Attendance cannot be claimed as a right, for hospitalization or by producing doctor’s cetificate. Attendance is compulsory for all the tests and terminal examinations and for special coaching classes.
3. In case a student is mischievous/cause academic disturbance, during the academic year, he/she will be rusticated forthwith from the institution, without any prior notice to the students or parents.
4. Mobile Phones/iPods/Electronic devices of any kind is not permited inside the campus, in case it is found, it will be confiscated and will never be returned, and pleadings/requests of any sort will not be entertained.
5. The students are hereby informed to wear the uniform (form Monday to Thursday) , and on Fridays to war the blue T-shirts with College Logo, and on Saturdays with decent causual wear and under no cirumstances students shall violate this rule.
6. Any damages caused inside the premises of the college (building walls, window panels, computer labs, science labs, sports materials, musical instruments, furniture, electrical appliances, water filter, etc.) the relative amount will be collected from the students concerned
7. Tuition Fees should be paid on or before the first month of each semester. Delayed payment will attract penalty.
8. Fees once paid is non- refundable, even in case of a student's failure/termination or withdrawal from the college, no refund of fee will be made.
9. Change of college dering the tenure of the course is not permissible under any cercumstances.
10. The management is not responsible for any loss in terms of cash or books or any costly ornaments etc., inside the college premises.
11. If any student leaves the college in the middle of the academic course, due to any reason whatsoever, he/she should pay the entire course fee.
12. Violation of any of the above said rules will result in termination of the student.
13. Staying in the hostel is not mandatory, but students who prefer to stay in the hostel, shall not leave the hostal during the course of the academic year, in case they prefer to leave the hostel they should remit one year’s hostel fee.
14. For all clarifications concerning the students academic/administration perfprmance, either of the parent should accompany the ward to meet the authorities of the college, and under no circumstances others will be entertained.
15. All matters of dispute shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Court of the City of Bangalore.
